1-2 Prenatal visits to discuss education resources and preparations, help creating your birth plan, practice movements and comfort measures that are helpful during labor, address fears and concerns, and prepare your partner to be involved.

24/7 on call for your labor and birth starting at your 37th week of pregnancy. We will discuss signs of labor and when is best for me to join you for your birth! Labor progresses best in your own home where you feel comfortable and are able to stay rested and nourished. I will support you at home and the hospital until 1-2 hours after the baby is born.

1 Postpartum visit within the first weeks after your baby is born. We can discuss baby care, breastfeeding, your emotional transition to parenthood, or the birth.
