Favorite Pregnancy Tea Recipe
This is our favorite recipe from Aviva Romm, master herbalist, midwife, and doctor. We lovingly prepare this herbal mixture for our clients to enjoy during their pregnancy!
Ingredients:
• 2 ounces Nettle Leaf
• 2 ounces Red Raspberry Leaf
• 1 ounce Oatstraw
• 1 ounce Alfalfa Leaf
• ½ ounce Lemon Balm
• ½ ounce Rose Hips
• ½ ounce Rose Buds
Directions:
Mix the dry herbs together. Store in a glass jar with a tight lid in a cool dark place.
To make the tea, boil a quart of water and add 1/4 cup of the herbal mixture into a large tea strainer or medium tea muslin bag. For best results, allow herbs to infuse overnight.
